Summary: Shopping Centre with 83 400 m² total commercial area (20 000 m² of which will be dedicated to a retail park and the remaining 63 400 m² will comprise a shopping mall including 2 700 parking spaces).

Structural, Foundations, Excavation and Earth retaining design, for a commercial building. The slabs are in pre-stressed concrete with 16 m fixed-span totalling 160 000 m².
